Why yoga? Yoga and Ayurveda are both tools to bring balance to the body, mind and spirit so we regain a natural balance between our own innate natural constitution and our surroundings. Yoga and Ayurveda are closely related, they are both working to bring the 5 elements into balance in us. But the ultimate goal in the end is to bring us into contact with our own divinity and silence. Ayurveda works with the physical body and can prepare and support us to go deeper into yoga. Ayurveda can help clear out waste and open up the body and mind to go deeper in yoga and meditation. Yoga and meditation also affect the physical body. AyurYoga stimulates organs, circulation, suppleness and strength both in the body and the mind. Through yoga, you can let go of built-up stress and learn how to use techniques in everyday life to find rest.
